Our lodging contracts end after 6 months. We will happily offer you another comparable apartment, if available. However, the apartment must be changed in all cases and a new contract has to be signed.
Lodging on a daily basis is possible too.
If you do not have a permanent residence in Germany, you have to register at the municipality of Neufahrn within 1 week after moving in.
Utilities (water, electricity, broadcasting fee etc.) are incurred by us and settled with your rent payment.
Our employees at the reception will gladly issue a tenancy confirmation to register a residence. To do this, we will need a copy of your ID.
After booking you will have to pay the first rent as well as the entire security deposit at our reception.
If you want to prolong your stay, you will have to pay the rent at the beginning of the month not later than the 5th workday.
If you terminate your contract until the 15th of the current month in written form, we will pay your security deposit back by bank transfer to the bank account given by you after approving that the booked room is free of defects. However, if there are any defects, damages or missing furniture, we will have to deduct the incurred cost from your security deposit.
Included in the rental charge are:
(Hot) Water, Air Conditioning, Power, Public TV Broadcasting, Sat-TV, usage of community rooms, final cleaning, et cetera
An underground parking space is EUR 50,- per month.
An outside parking space is EUR 30,- per month.
Internet Access is available for EUR 10,- per device.
Bedding-Sets (blanket, pillow, bedding sheets) are EUR 45,-.
Also not included in the rent price is the use of washing machines and dryers (EUR 3,- per cleaning/drying).
You can pay at our place by cash, credit card or EC card. Alternatively, you can transfer the monthly costs to our business account.
Of course visitors can stay in your single room for a few days. To protect other guests, we unfortunately can only allow this in multi-bed-rooms if they agree explicitly. If needed, we will provide you a guest bed with bedding (for a fee).
Your visitor should not share your apartment for longer than one week per month at most. If we get the impression that your visit is residing in your room regularly, we will then invoice the price of a double booking.
In case of emergency, the police (110) / rescue service (112) is your first contact.
If you accidentally lock yourself out e.g. or have another urgent problem (water damage, power outage etc.), you can call us anytime at 0151/65201465 or 0151/65201464.

For the journey of an employee outside of office hours we will be invoicing EUR 20 if the emergency was self-imposed.

Neufahrn at Freising offers a nice and diverse variety of stores and shops. In addition to the grocery store chains in direct vicinity of the boardinghouse, there are a few international shops too (a Romanian or a Turkish grocery store for example).
Two fashion outlets are within easy walking distance and for all other purposes, more shops and stores are located not far in the surrounding towns.
Of course you can park your bike in one of the multiple bike racks around the building.
Yes, you are welcome to print or copy a few pages in our office during our business hours. For larger amounts, we request a small donation to our piggybank.
